Regenerative Pain Treatments
Help your body heal itself with precise, image-guided PRP and orthobiologic therapy for worn joints, tendon injuries, and chronic pain.

A Restorative Approach to Pain
When joints wear down or tendons stop healing on their own, the goal is not just to mask the pain. Regenerative care is designed to support your body’s natural repair process and target damaged tissue directly. For the right patient, this may mean less pain, better function, and a meaningful delay or alternative to more invasive options.

What is PRP?
Platelet-rich plasma, also called PRP, is made from a small sample of your own blood.
The platelets are concentrated because they contain growth factors your body already uses to heal.
Dr. Ranasinghe will explain what regenerative therapy can and cannot do, so your expectations are clear and realistic.
Conditions it may help
PRP is most commonly considered for mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis, hip osteoarthritis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), gluteal tendinopathy, and chronic plantar fasciitis.
Evidence is strongest for knee osteoarthritis and tendon conditions that have not responded to conservative care. PRP is not appropriate for every joint or every patient — Dr. Ranasinghe will review your imaging, prior treatments, and goals to determine whether you are a reasonable candidate.

For knee osteoarthritis, we offer image-guided PRP injection. Learn more about our knee PRP approach →
